Lamar Little League is pleased to announce that the 2010 Junior Division will be partnering

with Fort Bend Baseball League to provide our Junior Division select teams the opportunity

to participate in a 12 game pre-season league.  This league will run from February 15th to about April 15th. 

Sign ups for the Junior Division Little League spring season will be open until February 28, 2010. 

During the month of March, we will be providing weekly clinics for players who are not participating

in the FBFL select league.  These clinics will focus on teaching players the fundamentals of open bases

and focus on making the transition from the Little League field to the Junior Division field. 

Our desire is that ALL players will play in the spring Junior Division Little League season which will be from about

April 15th to May 20th.  The season will be about 5 weeks consisting of 12 games with most games being played

 Monday through Thursday.  We will keep in mind that there are many players with weekend activities that

prevent them from participating in league play.  We believe this format will give players of all skill levels the opportunity

to develop the fundamentals of baseball on the larger field.  If you have any questions, please contact our
