Dave Harrison has a unique set of personal qualities that make him indispensable to any volunteer organization. As an owner of his own business, on a daily basis, he must clearly identify and efficiently address issues. This is leadership. While this combination of qualities is not often found, it is obviously will make any Board stronger. Dave and his son will be at Lamar for many years to come. It will be a joy to pass down the heritage and traditions of our league to Dave. It will also provide great comfort knowing the future of our league will be in such capable hands.

Now with his youngest traveling through OUR league, Mike believes that he is at a place in his life where he can give back. While Mike has not served on the Board to date, his knowledge of the Leagues workings make him uniquely qualified to serve. Those of you who have met Mike over the years know that he is a quality person who’s sole agenda is to serve the children of our community in an open and non-biased manner.

Robert Sosnowski Not Currently Serving I have been volunteering at Lamar Little League for over 9 years and I feel I have many of the qualities necessary to ensure my success as a board member. I am honest, hard working and detail oriented and I always perform my duties with a great amount of pride and dedication. I've spent many years teaching our youth the fundamentals of baseball as well as mentoring them in the game of life as I've always put an emphasis on character and integrity. I have a son in Majors, a son in AAA a 6 year old daughter that dying to play baseball and a 3 year old son who's ready for Majors so needless to say, I'll be a volunteer out at Lamar Little League for many years to come.

Cameron Thrutchley Not Currently Serving I, John Cassapo, (Email:john.m.cassapo@williams.com) would like to nominate Cam Thrutchley for a position on the Lamar Little League Board of Directors. Cam has been my sons (both AJ and Nick Cassapo) manager on their A, AA and AAA teams in the past few fall and spring seasons. He is passionate about the game of baseball and has incredible baseball management skills. He has been both a coach and mentor to my kids and I feel he has the knowledge on getting the best out of his players. His patience with his players and how he interacts with them has been amazing. He not only teaches the game of baseball to them but also shows them how to respect each other, coaches and the game. Cam would definitely be a great addition to your Board and I can fully vouch for his character.

Valente Martinez Not Currently Serving Val has been a volunteer manager/coach at LLL for over 7 years. He has always been reliable and ready to help out whenever he's been called upon. Val has been a great coach to many of our youths over the years and a great friend to all of us that know him. Val has 1 son in the Majors division and another son in the Minors division. I am certain that Val will be a valuable board member in the years to come.

Jennifer Vontz Not Currently Serving Jennifer is the kind of parent and volunteer that makes things happen! At the beginning of the season, Jennifer stepped up at the very last minute and volunteered to manage a team when the original manager found he could not. Her volunteer spirit has helped create a magical season for 13 little kids. I can assure you that as a Board Member, Jennifer will bring this willingness and desire to serve to every child in the league. Jennifer and her family will be with Lamar for years to come. It can do nothing but benefit us as a league to elect to the Board.
