Please see the attached instructions:
- For instructions or assistance please contact the Team Mom Coordinator
- Once LLL announces the Opening Day game schedule, please email your parents (or talk to them at practice) and ask them volunteer one hour of their time on Opening Day. Volunteers are needed to help the Silent Auction Coordinator keep an eye on the baskets, their contents, & supervise the bidding process.
- BASKET / DONATIONS COLLECTION:
Baskets & donated items will be collected 3pm – 8pm February 25th & 26th.
Baskets 1-10 will go on one table, 2-20 on another table, and so on.
If Tally / Bid sheets were not already emailed to coordinator, bring both when turning in your item(s).
